— From outcome to decision · Since 2008
When doing more no longer changes the outcome, you need to understand what should change.
I work alongside founders, business owners and senior decision-makers to understand where to intervene when growth, products or processes are not delivering the expected outcome — before adding more marketing, software or AI.

— When it makes sense to involve me
The first solution that comes to mind is not always the one you need.
It makes sense to involve me when a founder or senior decision-maker knows something could work better, but the point of intervention cuts across several areas. We combine internal experience, data and an outside perspective to understand where to act and what should come first.

— A recurring pattern
Three different products. The same habit of rethinking the starting point.
The industry and technology change. The same question keeps coming back: what point, if reconsidered, could materially improve the outcome?
— A real client case · Healthcare SaaS
Generating more traffic was not the first step.
For FattureTS Facile, a SaaS product for the healthcare sector, the objective was to acquire new users. Working with the company showed that, before increasing advertising, it made more sense to clarify the product’s value and simplify the registration journey.
The sequence became: first positioning, brand and the registration funnel; then Google Ads Search focused on high-intent demand.
01 · First
Make the product’s value clearer
Positioning and brand were clarified before increasing demand.
02 · Then
Reduce friction in the signup flow
The registration funnel became part of the acquisition strategy, rather than a separate technical step.
03 · Acquisition
Google Ads Search
Only then did we target high-intent searches with Search campaigns.
Outcome
25+ leads
Generated through the acquisition journey.
Outcome
5 paying customers
The final conversion that matters more than traffic alone.
The principle: make the value clear and reduce friction first. Then increase traffic.
— How we work together
Understand first. Decide second. Build only then.
A simple sequence for turning discussion, internal experience and data into a decision that can be executed and measured.
01
Clarify
Objective, context, data, constraints and what you have already tried.
02
Identify
Find the point that is limiting the outcome.
03
Choose
Assess together what to do, what to postpone and what not to do.
04
Build
Turn the decision into actions, requirements, responsibilities and measures.
— A metaphor I keep in mind
Fosbury did not win simply by jumping harder with the existing technique.
He changed the way the bar was cleared.
It is a question I also bring into business situations:
do we need to improve what we are already doing, or change the way we are doing it?
What outcome are you trying to achieve?
If you are a founder, business owner or senior decision-maker, tell me where you want to get, what you have already tried, and where progress seems to be slowing down. That is where the conversation starts: understanding together where it is worth intervening and what should come first.
