I turn business goals into growth systems, automations and digital products

Since 2008, I have worked at the intersection of business, marketing, technology and product development. I help B2B companies, eCommerce businesses and digital ventures turn opportunities, data and processes into acquisition strategies, automations and SaaS products built for practical use and measurable outcomes.

— A hybrid profile

Business, marketing, product and technology need to move in the same direction

Companies often separate commercial strategy, marketing, software development and automation. My role is to connect these areas: understand the business problem, set priorities, translate them into requirements and coordinate the delivery of a practical solution.

— Entrepreneurial and product journey

A journey built through hands-on experience, before SaaS and AI became everyday terms

I began working in digital in 2008. In 2012, I founded WMA and became a partner in Venture Knowledge, an experience that brought me even closer to innovation, business models and the development of initiatives for companies.

In 2013, I co-created ComingJob, the first SaaS platform in my journey: a marketplace connecting companies and professionals through job listings, profiles and search tools. I worked on the paid B2B model, product features and user experience, coordinating directly with the developer.

The project did not reach the conditions required to continue and was eventually closed. It was, however, my first hands-on experience in designing, developing and taking a software product to market, as well as a lesson in the importance of collaboration, execution and market validation.

That journey continued over the years and now includes five SaaS products focused on market intelligence, enterprise AI, lead experience, automation and digital trust.

— My operating approach

From the business problem to a solution that can be built

A campaign cannot fix a weak offer. Artificial intelligence cannot bring order to a confused process. Software creates no value unless it addresses a real problem.

That is why I start with context: market, objectives, constraints, available data and internal capabilities. I translate the problem into priorities, requirements and coordinated initiatives, connecting growth, product and technology in a system that can be built, measured and improved.

Business and growth

02

Products and go-to-market

From problem to product: validation, requirements, UX, development coordination, pricing, positioning and market launch.

03

AI, data and automation

Company knowledge, lead management, customer experience, intelligent workflows and decision support.

— Business and proprietary products

Products are built around real problems observed in the market

My first experience designing a SaaS platform dates back to 2013 with ComingJob. Today, WMA is the operating company through which I support businesses, while proprietary products are created by turning recurring problems into solutions: understanding the market, qualifying leads, automating relationships, applying AI and strengthening digital trust.

— From problem to system

From diagnosis to execution, without confusing activity with outcomes

01 · Understand

Read the context

Market, customers, available data, constraints, internal capabilities and real objectives.

02 · Choose

Set priorities

Decide what to activate, what to postpone and which initiatives do not create enough value.

03 · Build

Connect the parts

People, content, campaigns, data and technology must support the same objective.

04 · Evolve

Measure and improve

Review results, understand gaps and update the system based on evidence.

— Executive leadership

I do not stop at strategy: I translate it into priorities, requirements and systems that can work.

My entrepreneurial and hands-on experience allows me to work with leadership teams, marketers and developers, turning a business objective into an acquisition strategy, an automated process, an AI application or a digital product.

— Speaking, workshops and training

I bring to the stage and the classroom what I test in real projects

Over time, I have combined hands-on work with public speaking, workshops and training sessions.

I am available for events, corporate workshops, training programmes and talks on topics including digital growth, customer acquisition, SaaS products, applied artificial intelligence and process automation.

My approach is not theoretical: it starts with cases, problems, decisions and tools used in real work with companies and digital ventures.
